Creative Alliance Housed in the historic Patterson Theatre, The Creative Alliance is the Mecca of the visual arts. With soirees, festivals, film screenings, concerts, exhibitions and arts workshops, this is by far one of the coolest locales in Baltimore. Fluid Movement With a home base on South Ellwood, where props, sets and costumes are crafted by a talented team of community wizards, Fluid Movement should be credited with helping Patterson Park garner its populararity by bringing audience members in droves to the first Water Ballet in 1999, performed by residents of Patterson Park, Butcher's Hill, Fells Point and beyond.
