The Patterson Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, established in 1986 (originally called the Baltimore Linwood Association, the name was officially changed in 2003). PPNA represents homeowners and residents within the boundaries from Milton Street to Clinton Street, Fayette Street to Baltimore, down Linwood Avenue and east along Pratt. Since then we have grown to include almost 300 active members who volunteer their time to improve the organization and the community. Together, we accomplish tremendous tasks and celebrate our successes with festive events.
